Usage

new_base_PAM(PAM, PAM_indices = NULL)

Arguments

PAM

SpatVector object associated with information about presence and absence of species in a geographic grid.

PAM_indices

list of indices derived from a PAM. Default = NULL.

Value

An object of class base_PAM.
